Current Obsession: The Five Minute Journal

The Five Minute Journal has become my latest obsession. If you’ve followed me for a while you probably know that I have struggled with severe anxiety and often times still do. I’ve seen so many social media posts about The Five Minute Journal and wanted to give it a try. And, let me just say this journal is life changing. The idea is to do it every morning right when you wake up and right before you go to bed. It’s crazy how much better my day goes when I list out what I am grateful for and my intentions for the day. I try to write in it right when I wake up before I look at my phone and right before I go to bed. I think self reflection is a huge part of growing as a person and this journal implements just that.
